1. Connect to Air Pump: Attach the air stone to one end of a flexible air tube. Connect the other end of the tube to your aquarium air pump.

2. Add a Check Valve (Recommended): Install a check valve in the tubing to prevent water from flowing back into the pump in case of power failure.

3. Place in Aquarium: Submerge the air stone and position it at the bottom of the tank. You can bury it lightly under gravel or use suction cups to hold it in place.

4. Plug In the Air Pump: Once connected and placed, plug in your air pump. You should see a steady stream of bubbles rising from the air stone.

5. Adjust Airflow (Optional): Use an inline valve to adjust the airflow for optimal bubbling.
